Rena Neville benefits from a rare combination of international art world, legal and business experience built on a 30-year career at Sotheby’s. She held various roles such as European General Counsel based in London and Global Head of Litigation, based in New York City. Rena currently is the Head of the Art Division of FCS Compliance. She currently provides anti-money laundering consultancy services to UK art market participants, such as global and regional auction houses, art galleries and art advisors. She currently lives and works in London.

President and founder of the Observatory for Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (OLAB), she works to promote a culture of compliance tailored to the specific characteristics of the art sector. She is also Vice-Chair of the Advisory Board of CARPA Paris.Since 2017, Solène Clément has been assisting professional organizations in the art market with understanding and implementing the regulatory obligations arising from European law and the French Monetary and Financial Code.
